Exposure 2013

2 May - 12 June 2013 Elsewhere & around | Open Calls

As part of its initiative to promote innovative local talent, Beirut Art Center organizes an annual emerging artists’ exhibition. We are happy to announce that the call for submissions for Exposure 2013 is open. The exhibition is organized in partnership with Banque Libano-Française and Société Perrier. We invite you to submit a proposal before June 13, 2013. Please note that there is no specific theme and all media are accepted. Artists may propose a project that is still incomplete and that they wish to present for this show, or a completed work that has not yet been shown. The board of BAC, together with a jury invited for the occasion, will select the artists who will participate in the exhibition based on their proposals. The selection of the participants will be announced by the end of July. Exposure 2013 is scheduled to take place in mid-November. If you wish to participate, please send us a request for an application form by email to info@beirutartcenter.org. For more details, kindly refer to the terms and conditions below.

Transposition | Talar AghbashianDate: April 21 – August 25, 2018 Location: Marfa’ Gallery At once familiar and alien, landscapes are at the core of Talar Aghbashian’s work.
