Amid these uncertain times, we’re excited to share the final version of Ashkal Alwan’s audiovisual archive, making available Terabytes of digital recordings to the public.

The material comprising the Ashkal Alwan archive (aaarchive) includes films and performances, recordings of previous editions of Home Works Forum, Home Workspace Program lectures, and numerous seminars and talks held over the past two decades. aa-archive is a unique space, and the only publicly-accessible archive of art, performance-based, and discursive practices in the region. We encourage you to browse through a rich selection of content and access different databases as you practice responsible social distancing.

The Ashkal Alwan team would also like to take this opportunity to express its solidarity with workers in the health and service sectors across the country and beyond, currently standing on the frontline of the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic.
